Mission:
- education of children of pre-school and school age from low-income families and children with disabilities;
- vocational training for unemployed citizens, single mothers and orphans.
Orphans, social orphans and children from low-income families make up the most socially vulnerable group of the population, since they do not have the opportunity to receive a high-quality higher education and there is no opportunity to show their abilities and talents on an equal footing. All this is due to the fact that the state almost does not help such children. The meager benefits and limited funds for budget education impair the rights of socially vulnerable children. After the death of the breadwinner in the family, the children are forced to work for a living, because of this they miss classes and do not have time for the school curriculum.
As a result, they have lost interest in learning, there is alienation in society and among peers. Many of them drop out of school and try to support themselves without having the knowledge, skills and practice. In this regard, there is a need for vocational training of children of senior classes to specialties that are in demand in the labor market.
In the framework of the project, we plan to train and jointly with the specialists of the Youth Labor Exchange to employ the center graduates. For them, courses will be organized in four areas: Office Manager with knowledge of English and computer, assistant of the Accountant with computer knowledge, typesetter, hairdresser, etc.
Project goal: to promote the adaptation of socially vulnerable children of the population through the vocational training of children of senior classes.
What a project is for: a project is needed so that socially vulnerable children adapt to society, i.e. children receive vocational education, with the help of which they can independently earn a living, provide themselves with employment through acquired knowledge, skills and practice. The project is also necessary in order not to replenish the ranks of unemployed youth and not develop children's homelessness.
Expected results: the end result of the project is the education of orphans, social orphans and children from the low-income families to the above professions. Employment of children by profession. This will enable adolescents at the end of school to find a job and lead an independent lifestyle. Among the younger generation will reduce the consumption of alcohol and tobacco products.
